The old public wash in Mezzano is a small structure in masonry and concrete, still working but almost abandoned. It is currently topped by a concrete porch from the 60’s that difficults an easy use of this small facility. We remove the porch and we restore in complete efficiency the wash, and we built a wooden cover on top of it. The round holes along the sides refer to a local traditional decoration and work as a bracing system. The internal vault is finished with a thin polished reflecting resin that reflects the water. The whole structure do not stop the usual parking nearby and provide a shelter from snow and in the event of small local gatherings.
