35 m2 become a large loft without giving up a normal distribution. Thanks to a sliding door and a motor curtain, the space provides maximum flexibility to define areas and atmosphere of this residence for a young professional.
An intentional ambiguity is the main character of this renovation: the entrance is a lobby and dressing; kitchen and part of the corridor can be converted into a small dining space; the sliding door is a movable tool and a motorized curtain (which may completely disappear) mediates between the living area and bedroom. This is flexibility is not a simple divertissement, since it actually increases the technical performance of the only plasterboard wall. The original floor is preserved in the living room, whose amplitude is enhanced by the candor of the walls and ceiling.
